What is affected when my domain name is changed:

E-mail :
All e-mail accounts created within the first domain will be converted to the email accounts of the second domain. If you still need the first domain, you will need to enter the first domain again to the cPanel panel.
If your domain is a hosted domain and contains a set of e-mail messages, all of which contain the same username as the primary domain, it does not affect your e-mail messages.
Files:
If domainB.com is a name for the additional domain and all files are in public_html / domainB, you will need to reload the files back to public_html.
Subdomains:
If you have multiple subdomains under the primary domain, this will convert the subdomains to the other primary domain. You must re-create all the subdomains that you still need.
Search Engine Rank:
Changing your domain name will affect your ranking in search engines, so Google recommends that users set up a 301 redirect so that search engines will be able to change the domain
