WHMCS New Order Ticket
This is an important unit for customers using dedicated servers and VPS servers. Some dedicated servers and VPS are not automatically set up. If the customer logs on to a dedicated server, the system automatically opens the ticket as well as the new server details of the subject and e-mail content as well. From the server upload, the ticket will be sent to the supervisor, including the details of the server. You can do this by going to the support section, selecting the product group to open, entering the address and subject of the ticket, details of the new VPS server and selecting the priority of the ticket.
